• Sales: Our sales representatives offer customer service excellence by providing superior product knowledge to accurately present your production goals and provide competitive quotes in a timely manner. Once a feasibility of a project has been established and agreed upon by the customer, the project is passed to the engineering team to draw up detailed designs in accordance to product specifications.

• Engineering: Our design engineers are skilled at combining engineer and design principles to assist you with every aspect of your product specification, turning your ideas from the product planning stage into technical plans for prototypes using computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-assisted engineering (CAE) software. We work closely with the customer at each step to determine whether the product development plan meets the quality standards expected by the customer. The process of product development, producing prototypes and production plan evaluation is repeated until a satisfactory standard of quality required is agreed upon by the customer prior to the production stage.

• Production and Assembly: Once your product has been designed to your specifications, the plan design is passed on to our production team where it gets built. Our production team takes the chosen material through different stages of production including forming, punching, bending, welding, laser-cutting and polishing into the desired product. At each stage, quality checks are carried out to ensure there are no defects. Using a variety of assembly capabilities ranging from manual, semi-manual and fully automated techniques, our skilled assemblers can produce fully assembled products ready for shipment.

• Quality: In full compliance with ISO quality standards, our company has a rigorous quality assurance process that ensures every product passes through several inspections for precision, accuracy and full product integrity testing prior to shipment. Our quality management system ensures that products are closely inspected by the experts at each stage of the production process prior to moving on to the next stage. Only those products that pass the inspection and final quality testing are delivered to the customer.

• Logistics: From finished components parts to completely assembled products large and small, ECM offers secure, efficient packaging and fast deliveries to our customers or ships directly to the end users on behalf of our customers. Our enhanced shipment services include managing customs compliance documents, coordinating freight, tracking shipments and communicating updates.
