The Management of Elias Custom Metal Fabrication Ltd. is vitally interested in the health and safety and protection of its employees from injury and/or occupational disease. We are committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment and will make every accommodation reasonable to achieve this goal. All managers, supervisors and workers must be dedicated to the continuing objective of reducing risk of injury in the workplace. Supervisors and managers will be held accountable for the health and safety of workers under their supervision by ensuring that machinery and equipment are safe and that workers work in compliance with the law and established safe work practices and procedures. Similarly, every worker has an obligation and is expected to protect his or her own health and safety by working in compliance with the law and within safe work practices and procedures established by the company.
