Project Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

On-going support for day-to-day project activities
Oversee the short-term and long-term goals of projects responsible for, including setting quality targets and adhering to deadlines
Maintain a high level of customer service with various clients post sale, keeping them up to date on the progress of their project, and any milestones achieved
Work internally with sales, engineers, and production with a primary focus on technical aspects
Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
Adjust schedules and targets on the project as needed, and communicate these adjustments to the necessary stakeholders
Handle multiple projects at once
Project close-out

Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years' experience in Project Management
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in manufacturing environment. Previous experience in metal fabrication preferred.
Effective negotiation skills and demonstrated ability to manage relationships
Ability to read and understand blueprint drawings/specifications
Technical knowledge and/or experience with machinery (laser cutting, brake forming, welding)
Technical knowledge and/or experience with various types of metal (sheet metal, aluminum, brass, etc.)
Must have strong verbal, written, and presentation skills to communicate with all levels of management and various customers
An outgoing, driven, and engaging personality a must
Must have a valid level G driver's license and access to vehicle to travel to customer sites
